2026 RRF Relief Assistance Application

Important Information:

  • Eligibility: full-time Indiana residents/citizens or those legally admitted for residency, for damage to a primary residence in Wayne or Randolph County.

  • Assistance covers mortgage payments, rental costs, or hotel reimbursement due to displacement, capped at $1,000 per household.

  • Funds are distributed first-come, first-served and are contingent on availability.

  • Application deadline is November 11, 2026.

  • Required documents include photo ID, proof of residency, mortgage/lease/hotel documentation, and photo evidence of damage (or insurance/repair documents).
